My husband thinks I am addicted to this craft “stuff” and he would be right! I have spent the better part of this afternoon having a “play” at my craft table and feel relaxed and happy! Our friends recently had a wee baby girl so I took the opportunity to create a bright colourful Baby Girl Card using the Sweet Sunday Sketch Challenge
Here is the sketch from Karen Giron:
And here is my “Happy New Baby” Card:
I think I need some practice at this sketch following bizo as I have deviated a little from the sketch (woops) but I am still happy with the way this has worked out. I’ve used a combo of Pixie Pink, Pink Pirouhette and Vanilla Card, with SU!’s fab new kaleidescope DSP from the Summer Mini (love it!!).
The stamp is from Fun and Fast Notes and the inks used are Pretty in Pink and Only Orange. I’ve always been a fashion fan of this colour combo and it definitely translates to paper craft!
The cute little bow is Whisper White Grosgrain Ribbon 1/4″
Make sure you pop over to Karen’s site to check all the other great creations!
