Father’s Day Card Making with Laurenz

Well you all know that I love making cards with my 6 year old Laurenz – yesterday was such an occasion and here is what we came up with…

My work:

For My Dad ~ This button is vintage from my Mum’s much loved and used button box – the Tupperware is pale duck-egg blue – any guesses on how old that is ladies? I remember it as far back as my memory goes – it was always around as Mum was a big knitter and loved to make jumpers and cardigans for us kids – Aran Jumpers abound (yes we are Scottish!) The little safety pin with beads is something I used to make a lot when I was a little girl – I found two of them at the bottom of Mum’s button box and had to give one back to Dad on his card 🙂
