I love the Hostess set in the new Autumn Winter Mini from Stampin’ Up! It’s called “Pedal Presents” and features a gorgeous image of a bicycle, and then a few little elements to pop into the adorable basket. I decided to use this set to create a Mother’s Day Card for my wonderful Mum, and teamed it with another new stamp set called “Loving Thoughts” for the sentiment:
I based my layout on a card I admired over at Delys Cram’s blog here using the banner from the Petal Cone Die for my sentiment and of course the new Framelits dies for the focul point of the bicycle and it’s pirouhette pink mat.
My card base is Island Indigo, my DSP is Twitterpated and the Boho Blossoms punch gave me my flower on the ribbon. Look at all of these lovely layers:
