Just popping in to share a card I designed for Lala Designs in Leederville for Mother’s Day which seems like far away but really isn’t at all!!! I have been having a tonne of fun playing with the Secret Garden Stamp Set and coordinating Framelits from the Stampin’ Up! Seasonal Catalogue, and thought a Sahara Sand and Gumball Green Colour Scheme would be perfect for this layout. The DSP is actually Wild Wasabi from the retired Spice Cake Pack of DSP but doesn’t it tone nicely?
I have hand cut the two smaller flower sections from the same stamp and popped them on dimensionals but the leaves and large bloom are stamped and cut perfectly with the framelits.
For the leaves I stamped in gumball green onto gg card stock, and then liberally spritzed with Old Olive Stampin Mist (Isocol, Shimmer Paint and Re-inker in a spray bottle) Delicious shine!
The Embossing folder is currently free with any $100 order during sale-a-bration and thought it suited the floral motif perfectly on this design 🙂
