Festive Flurries (Stampin' Up!)

Window Cards with Circle Framelits and Window Sheets

Morning Girls!

I have another Christmas card to show you today – I have been having a great time creating windows in my cards with circles.  I have actually used an old Fiskars circle cutter for this card, but having just received my delivery of Circle Framelits last night, the next one I make is going to be an awful lot faster and easier!  My DSP is Winter Frost and the image is from Festive Flurries, stamped in versa mark (carefully so it does not smudge) and covered with Silver Embossing Powder.  Be sure to liberally apply your embossing buddy over the acetate before starting so that your embossing powder does not stick where it shouldn’t 🙂 and lastly, make sure you move your heat tool around while embossing and be sure to have it very hot before you start to avoid warping the acetate too much.

My card base is Bermuda Bay – Divine colour!
