Enviro Christmas Style

Hi Girls,

Well this is a very different Christmas look for me – I was recently asked to create an Enviro/Red Christmas design, and the brief included the idea to totally forego a sentiment.  This felt really strange to me, but once I had created this very paired back design, I realised the Christmas Tree spoke volumes and a sentiment wasn’t needed at all!

One of my favourite parts of this card is the little linen thread bow around the Christmas Tree trunk:

I love the texture provided by the two embossing folders and was delighted to find that my 1 inch circle punch fit the circular design of my tree embossing folder PERFECTLY!

I’ve coordinated my card with an enviro envelope and wheeled a simple design in Real Red across the envelope for some added interest.
