Creating a Snowy Moonlit Scene with the Stampin’ Up! Waterfront Stamp Set

I set out to create a snowy scene with Waterfront, a favourite stamp set from the Stampin’ Up! Annual Catalogue. It turned into a moonlit scene and I am really happy with how it came together!
