I love to make birthday cards, but if I’m honest I don’t always send them on time! So I like to have a few special belated birthday cards on hand. My card today features the In Good Taste Designer Series Paper, and the All Things Fabulous stamp set and coordinating dies.

The Night of Navy card base is cut lengthways from an A4 sheet of card stock at 14cm and scored at 10cm and 24cm, creating an uneven square gate fold card. The large DSP piece is cut at 13.5cm x 9.5cm and the smaller piece is cut at 13.5cm x 5.2cm. The large die from All Things Fabulous creates an accent piece with another pattern from the DSP. I’ve used a decorative mask with white embossing paste to create added texture on the DSP.
I love two-step stamping, and this stamp set definitely delivers. The flowers are stamped in Soft Sky, Dapper Denim and Night of Navy Ink. The stems are stamped in Pear Pizazz. I’ve inked the Jar from the Jar of Love stamp set (retired) but the new Jar of Flowers stamp set and matching punch in the new annual catalogue would be perfect for this card.
My sentiments are stamped with the Well Said stamp set in Night of Navy ink. I’ve also added a few sequins from the Woven Threads Sequin Assortment.
