I love the patterns on these treat bags that coordinate with the Love, Santa Tag Kit. So much so that I’ve used them as backgrounds for two alternate card designs – simply by cutting a card stock panel to slip inside the bag with a little trimming to size.
Here is the first alternative card, that also uses one of the tags and other elements to finish off this bright cheery Christmas card.

And for my second alternate card design, I created a larger background by cutting a Just Jade panel to the same size as my card front, and the width of the bag left a nice narrow border each side to show off my Night of Navy card base. I finished by trimming the tag section from this gorgeous car tag, and adding it onto the background with some dimensionals and a sentiment as the license plate. Cute yes?

I shared a tutorial on my YouTube channel, and you can watch my quick video below. If you like this project, it would wonderful if you’d give it a thumbs up and maybe even subscribe to my channel while you are there!
